Housework should not be the be all and end all of your day! The Xiaomi Mi Viomi V3 and V2 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop lets you find the time to do things you want to do and not the things you have to do!

Cleaning your home with the Mi Viomi V3 and V2 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop has never been easier. Both models use the simple and convenient, Mi Home Mobile App which can run off Android and iOS mobile devices.

Follow these step by step instructions and you too can get the best out of your Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop!

  1. It’s important to remember that your charging dock is the central hub when vacuuming. Both models use the dock as an anchor point when cleaning each room or floor you have mapped. You can have a maximum of 5 maps which could consist of your downstairs and upstairs levels or various rooms, depending on your preference.
  2. Assuming you are starting blank with no maps, what you do is run your cleaning cycle in an area you want and let the Robot Vacuum and Mop finish cleaning and return to the charging dock. Now you have Map 1.
  3. Once you have completed your first Map you can pick up the charging dock and move it to the next room or location and start the cleaning cycle again. It will show on your phone/Mi Home app as Map 1 for a while, this is ok, let it run! Your smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop will obviously figure out that the room is different from its currently saved map and start creating the new zone as an additional map.
  4. Once your V3 or V2 has finished and returned to the dock, the app will ask if you want to save as a new map and you select ‘yes’. Then you have another map e.g. Map 2 saved that you can find under ‘Map List’ on the Mi Home Mobile App.

See, it’s that quick and simple with the intuitive Mi Home App, so why don’t you put your feet up, enjoy a cup of tea and let your Mi Viomi take care of all your mopping and vacuuming woes!
